Are you an adventure seeker in Atlanta with an ATV, UTV, or side-by-side vehicle that you no longer use? At Wheels of Change, we believe every vehicle has the potential to impact our local communities positively. When you donate your vehicle, you help support vital programs and services that aid those in need, all while getting rid of that extra vehicle taking up space in your garage or yard.
Many donors in Atlanta often come from backgrounds where outdoor activities—whether farm-related, hunting, or recreational—are a cherished part of life. These vehicles, often well-loved and well-maintained, have stories behind them that contribute to the spirit of adventure in Georgia. Each donation helps us continue our mission of change, so why not let your ATV or UTV serve a new purpose?

How pickup works
The pickup process for your ATV, UTV, or side-by-side is straightforward. Our team usually coordinates with you for a flatbed pickup, ensuring that we handle your donation with care. If your vehicle is off-road only, we understand that you might not have a title; in that case, a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) or a bill-of-sale chain will suffice. If your vehicle is in a storage lot or at a remote location, we can also assist with scheduling the pickup at a convenient time. Just make sure to provide the VIN or engine number to help us identify the vehicle accurately!
What drives donation value
The donation value of your ATV, UTV, or side-by-side is influenced by several factors. For instance, units that have more hours than mileage, particularly for 4-stroke models, tend to fetch higher values. Well-maintained equipment with documented service records can significantly increase your vehicle's worth. While wear and tear, such as dents or plastic fade, may lower your vehicle's value, a functioning off-road vehicle still commands a premium. Even non-running units can still hold parts value, so don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Documentation you need
- MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) for off-road vehicles
- Bill-of-sale chain if title is unavailable
- VIN or engine number identification
- Service records for better valuation
- Appraisal for classic models (IRS Form 8283 Section B)
Atlanta specifics
In Georgia, titling rules for ATVs and UTVs differ from regular vehicles. Typically, off-road vehicles do not require title registration, and we can accept vehicles with a bill of sale, making the donation process easier for you. Atlanta specifically has a vibrant outdoor culture, making your donation even more impactful in promoting recreational activities while aiding local community programs. When donating, understanding your vehicle's classification under Georgia law ensures a smooth donation experience.
